Since the start of Poco A Poco- I have had the immense pleasure of befriending some of the hardest working mujeres in the game both online and at markets and pop-up shops. Some of my closest friends and dearest muses are women that I met sweating our culos off or shivering in the elements at outdoor markets year-round in Austin and Los Angeles. To celebrate the skills of these muses, I'm starting a series of lists to spotlight their work! We'll be covering areas such as: Street Style, Tattoo Artists, Makeup Brands, Online Vintage Shops, etc.- all affordable, and all owned and operated by latinx entrepreneurs and/or WOC. As always- my focus is dedicated to the empowerment of our latinx community and supporting POC. These may be dark times, but we can always turn to the talents and brightness of our community for joy and inspiration.
